All artworks, images, and text appearing on this website are the intellectual property of Deanna Hite. Every photograph is protected by United States and International Copyright Laws. Purchase of a physical print or digital file does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.
2. Fine Art Print Licensing
Each physical print is sold for Personal Display Only.
Permitted: Displaying the print in your home, private office, or gifting the physical piece to another individual.
Prohibited: Scanning, digitizing, or reproducing the artwork in any medium (digital or print) for any purpose without a secondary written license.
3. Editorial & Commercial Licensing
I offer licensing for high-resolution digital files for specific, high-quality projects.
Editorial Use: For use in art publications, galleries, or educational journals.
Interior Design / Hospitality: I provide custom licensing for hotels, restaurants, and corporate environments. This may include "Rights-Managed" agreements for large-scale mural reproductions or digital displays.
Commercial Brands: Usage of my fine art photography for branding or advertising requires a dedicated commercial contract.
4. Digital Sharing & Social Media
I appreciate the support of the art and photography communities. You are welcome to share my work on social media under the following conditions:
Attribution: Clear credit must be given in the first line of the caption: "Photograph by Deanna Hite | deannahite.com".
Integrity: Images must not be cropped, have filters applied, or be overlaid with text. The art must be shown exactly as it was intended.
Non-Commercial: Shared posts must not be used to promote a product or service.
